Guarantee

The breeder attests that a licensed veterinarian has examined the puppy. The puppy has been vaccinated (basic vaccines according to the puppy's age). The health record booklet and vaccination certificate given to the buyer indicates which vaccines have been administered to the puppy. The puppy has been dewormed at least once. The other vaccines and treatments are at the buyer's cost.

The 10 day guaranty covers the following infections:

Parvovirus, Distemper and Para-Influenza

The guaranty takes effect as soon as the puppy leaves the breeder's kennel. No other virus or infection is covered by this guaranty.

This guaranty covers genetic illnesses during the puppy's first year of life.

A written diagnostic of the genetic illness, capable of causing the puppy's death, emitted and signed by a licensed veterinarian, indicating the reason and causes of the illness as well as a description and date of birth of the puppy must be given to the breeder. In case of mortality, an autopsy report emitted and signed by a licensed veterinarian indicating the reason and causes of death as well as a description and date of birth of the puppy is necessary. The autopsy must reveal without any doubt that the death is due to a hereditary illness and this, within the puppy's first year of life. If no document demonstrating an anomaly or illness causing suffering or autopsy report is given to the breeder to prove the puppy's death, the breeder will not be liable to offer a replacement puppy to the buyer. All veterinary care following illness or death of the puppy, as well as the cost of the autopsy report, are the buyer's responsibility. By signing this guaranty, the buyer is fully aware of the conditions listed.

For puppies sold with breeding rights, no guaranty is applicable.

Not covered by this guaranty:

Hypoglycemia or death due to hypoglycemia , dentition, color, hair lost, upright ears at maturity, closure of the cranial forehead, descended testicles, female or male's fertility even if adopted for breeding purposes, weight, Kneecaps/patella, , death of a female due to any cause related to breeding and/or birth, fractures or mortality caused by a fall, all of these situations are not covered by this guaranty.

It is preferable for the buyer to prevent that the puppy comes in contact with other animals before it has received its next vaccines.

The buyer consents to have the puppy examined within five (5) days following its departure from the breeder's kennel by a veterinarian of his or her choice.
